“I would like to provide feedback on the services World Expositions provide in support of the Co-op Connections Card. To sum it up: I COULDN’T DO THE BUSINESS RECRUITMENT WITHOUT THEM!

Patti and her team are great to work with. When we first launched the program we did so just for the prescription benefit. I’m a one person shop and didn’t have time to recruit local businesses to participate. However, local businesses were interested in participating. So that is why I contacted Patti. This program originally started with World Expositions. There is no one better to bring in local business partners than them.

They take care of everything for signing a business up, offer advice as to what discounts work in a particular business segment, contract renewal, etc. They also send me a monthly report of all businesses participating and handle the interface with the TSE Co-op Connections Card website. They do it all and are worth every penny (and more) of the monthly fee for services.

Our goal for the three year commitment contract was to sign up 100 businesses. We just completed our first year with them in April and are already at 80 businesses. So, they’ve exceeded my expectations.

For the price and experience, you couldn’t hire a person in house to do what they do and if your office is anything like mine, you have to wear several hats which leaves little time to grow a new program. I highly recommend Patti and the folks at World Expositions.
